Suzanne Clouzeau's intense love for chocolate came from living in Paris, France for several years, where she indulged in the very best French and Belgian chocolates. Suzanne graduated with honors from Ecole Chocolat, in Vancouver and she earned her Master Chocolatier designation from Ecole Du Grand Chocolat Valrhona in Train L' Hermitage, France.
