You’ll receive personal instruction from Launa - a creator of delicious pastas (and more) and owner of Homemade Pasta Noodles in Hendersonville, NC. After you’ve created your own noodles to take home, you’ll enjoy a delicious pasta dinner made by Launa in a family-style setting. A glass of wine of your choice is included with the class.
We are considering this class to be a “level 2” pasta making class as ravioli is a little more labor intensive to make. If you have taken one of our pasta classes here at the winery before, this would be a great chance to level-up your pasta game!
