According to NC ABC law, employees of Linville Falls Winery can lawfully refuse to sell alcoholic beverages to any person. If a customer is unable to produce a valid ID, or we are unsure level of intoxication, we do not have to sell to the customer. Responsible alcohol service is the law, and it is very important to us.
