Cabernet Sauvignon
Cabernet Sauvignon is our Owner & Winemaker Jack’s favorite wine in the world, so he feels passionate about having a really quality Cabernet here at the winery. Our Cab spends time aging in both barrel and bottle, which he feels is key to creating a smooth mouthfeel with textured flavors like dark chocolate and leather without overpowering the fruit notes, such as cranberry and black cherry.
